Capacity to contract

ZR Transformation's coaching services are intended for adults only. Coaching Services

ZR Transformation offers personal transformation coaching services to individuals and organisations. The primary offering is The Foundation Intensive — a structured six-week, eighteen-hour coaching programme delivered on a one-to-one basis. Group, workshop, and corporate formats are available on enquiry.

Nature of the coaching relationship

Coaching is a collaborative, structured process in which the coach works with the client to facilitate personal transformation, subconscious reprogramming, and the development of clarity, resilience, and internal capacity. The coaching relationship is not a therapeutic, counselling, or medical relationship. It does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or the management of clinical conditions.

Client agreement

All coaching engagements are governed by a separate client agreement provided to the client after an initial Clarity Call and prior to any coaching sessions commencing. The client agreement sets out the full terms of the engagement including session structure, scheduling, payment obligations, cancellation and rescheduling policy, confidentiality, and all relevant disclaimers. No coaching engagement is binding on ZR Transformation until a signed client agreement and confirmed first payment have both been received.

Results and outcomes

ZR Transformation is committed to delivering a high-quality, evidence-informed coaching experience. However, coaching outcomes depend in significant part on the client's active engagement, honesty, and commitment to the process. ZR Transformation cannot guarantee specific results and makes no warranties about the outcomes of any coaching engagement beyond the delivery of the programme as described.

Deon Thomas's qualifications

Deon Thomas holds certifications as a Life Transformation Coach, NLP Practitioner, Negative Emotional Therapy Practitioner, Mental Health Coach, and Emotional Wellbeing Coach. He completed trauma counselling training through SAPS as a police reservist. These certifications reflect specialist coaching and wellness training and do not constitute registration with any statutory health professions council in South Africa.

Bookings and Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the Clarity Call booking form or the corporate enquiry form on this website does not create a contractual obligation on either party. It is an expression of interest that initiates a conversation — nothing more.

The Clarity Call

A Clarity Call is a private, thirty-minute conversation between the prospective client and Deon Thomas. It is offered at no charge and without obligation. The purpose of the call is to establish whether ZR Transformation's coaching approach is the right fit for the prospective client's specific situation and goals. ZR Transformation reserves the right to decline to proceed with any engagement where it does not believe the fit is right, without being required to give reasons.

Proceeding to engagement

Following a Clarity Call, if both parties wish to proceed, ZR Transformation will provide a client agreement setting out the full terms of the engagement. The engagement is confirmed only when the signed client agreement and confirmed first payment have both been received by ZR Transformation. Until that point, no coaching sessions will be scheduled or delivered.

Corporate enquiries

Corporate and organisational enquiries submitted through the corporate enquiry form are handled on a tailored basis. Each corporate engagement is scoped individually through a dedicated conversation with the relevant people and culture or leadership contact. Corporate engagements are governed by a separate organisational agreement in addition to the individual client agreements applicable to each participant.

Cancellation and Refunds

ZR Transformation is committed to delivering a premium, high-integrity coaching experience. Detailed cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in the client agreement provided at the point of engagement and form part of the binding contract between ZR Transformation and each client.

General principles

The following principles apply to all coaching engagements and are elaborated in full in the client agreement.

• The Clarity Call is offered at no charge. No payment is required or taken prior to a Clarity Call
• Once a coaching engagement is confirmed through a signed client agreement and first payment, the investment reflects the reservation of Deon Thomas's time and capacity across the full programme duration
• Cancellation and rescheduling windows, notice requirements, and any applicable refund conditions are specified in the client agreement and vary depending on the stage of the engagement
• In the event that ZR Transformation is unable to deliver a confirmed engagement due to circumstances within its control, an appropriate remedy — including rescheduling or a pro-rata refund for undelivered sessions — will be offered

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African law, ZR Transformation, its founder, and any associated contractors or representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or your participation in any coaching programme.

Website use

This website is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ZR Transformation does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Applicable legislation

These terms are subject to and incorporate, where applicable, the following South African legislation and any amendments thereto.

• The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA)
• The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act)
• The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) — where applicable to coaching services rendered to natural persons

International clients

Where coaching services are rendered to clients outside South Africa, these terms remain governed by South African law. International clients may have additional rights under the laws of their own jurisdiction, particularly where consumer protection legislation applies. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law.

Changes to These Terms

ZR Transformation reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. The version number and last updated date at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made.

For material changes that may affect existing clients or users, ZR Transformation will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by email where contact details are held. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and to ensure you are aware of the current version.

Continuity of use

Your continued use of this website after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to an updated version, you should discontinue use of this website and notify us if you have an active coaching engagement so that we can discuss the implications with you directly.
