I didn't study transformation.
I lived it.
I’m not just a certified Life Transformation Coach and NLP Practitioner. I’ve been to the edge and back. I help people navigate burnout, trauma, stress and major life transitions.

I chose it as a reckoning.
"I know what it is to carry things alone. I built this process because I needed it and couldn't find it anywhere."
I grew up the youngest of three in a house where I learned early that the world was not always safe. My older siblings made sure of that. I was small and I was alone, so I did what children do when they have no one to play with. I built an entire world inside my imagination. I learned to survive on the inside when the outside wasn't available.
I was eleven when my father was taken by death, four days before my twelfth birthday. The man who should have shown me what it looks like to carry yourself through the world was gone, and nobody talked about it. So I did what boys do when nobody talks about it. I got angry. I got reckless. I was fourteen and already running from something I couldn't name.
I ran for years. Through a relationship that lasted thirteen years and cost me more than I knew I was paying. Through a business that went bankrupt. Through a stepson I loved and lost, a vibrant young man who was visiting us on a Thursday afternoon, went to hospital on Friday morning and was gone by that evening from a severe strain of meningitis. I ran through the grief, the arrangements, the funeral, and went back to work because what else do you do when you are the one who holds it together.
Twice in my life I came to the edge. Not metaphorically. Twice I was close enough to ending it that I had the means in hand. Both times, something pulled me back. Both times, it was the thought of what it would do to someone else. Even at my lowest, I was thinking about other people.
I kept going. I always kept going.
One Monday morning. One idea that came from somewhere I still can't fully explain.
After 21 years in the premium kitchen industry, a career I was exceptional at and quietly miserable in, I woke up on a Monday morning with something I had not felt in years. Excitement. Not the surface kind. The kind that moves through your whole body before you have had time to think about it.
I discovered I could do more than coach people. I could help them collapse the very structures that had been holding them back their entire lives. I knew, because I had done it myself.
The tools behind the work
I worked with SAPS police reservists for six years, completing a Trauma Counselling course and providing counselling to victims and fellow officers in the field. I served my community for 13 years as a founder and leader of a neighbourhood watch, standing in front of crowds of hundreds of people, holding space for fear, conflict, and the need for safety.
I have sat with people in their worst moments. I know what it costs to hold it together when everything is falling apart. That is not something you learn in a classroom.
What the work actually produced
My wife and I have been together for over 14 years. We have been married for 7. In that time we have never had an argument. Never raised our voices at each other. That is not luck and it is not performance. It is what happens when two people have done the work, when you stop bringing the unresolved version of yourself into the room and start showing up as someone who actually knows who they are.
That is what The Foundation Intensive is built to produce. Not a better version of the life you have been living. A fundamentally different relationship with yourself, and through that, with everyone around you.
I did not just watch this work from the outside. I needed it myself, and it changed things I had stopped expecting to change. That is exactly why I am here helping build it.
